It’s A Celebration!!!!!
Sunday, October 5th, 2008After our successful launch party we headed south to our nations capital to see Mos Def perform at the Kennedy Center. The show was amazing and his rendition of the Star Spangled Banner Remixed with the Go-Go Classic “Sardines, Hey and Pork and Beans” left audience members speechless.
We ended the night in tears as Dave Chappelle, Mos Def and Set Free kept everyone laughing the night away as we devoured the best crab cakes I have ever had in my life at dinner and I know that was not because of the several glasses of wine I consumed that night…LOL
